When I am going to receive my order?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-4 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 2-4 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 4 weeks delivery time as they may be shipped from other countries.

 

 

Am I going to receive the order in time?

If you want the order to arrive in time, please order it at least 2-4 weeks before the moment you need it to arrive.

 

 

Can I change the color of the ordered item?

You can change the color of the item ordered by contacting us via support@ventelite.com as long as it has not been shipped.

 

 

 

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please contact us via email at support@ventelite.com. For enquiries regarding once item has been shipped, please refer to the returns policy.

 

 

Are the items shipped together?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

 

 

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking Order Status in our menu. Then input your tracking code you received in the email once the item has been shipped.

 

 

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us via support@ventelite.com

 

 

 

 

 

 

Can I be refunded?

If you do not receive your order, you have to contact us at support@ventelite.com to solve the problem. Depending on the problem, you will be fully or partially refunded.
